Our new septic system (that we had just installed) was not properly recorded with the city. We had already moved to Colorado, and Manesh and Tania, found a new septic architect who created the necessary diagrams to properly record the septic installation, enabling us to close a week early. We can’t recommend them enough, fantastic Realtors, incredibly knowledgeable and super easy to work with.

As if this were not enough, Manesh guided us through the complex financing process with corporate loan officers, and even negotiated on our behalf which he absolutely didn’t need to do but he again went above and beyond! We won our dream home in a hyper competitive market, saved thousands of dollars and closed on time by having Manesh and Tania on our side.
